The Sartorialist

Today, in the middle of the 369034 project I am currently doing, plus a huge extended Dissertation, I came across this blog: http://thesartorialist.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html

I am always being remembered of how much I like photography.
This man has insipired me, once again, to start taking more pictures, and I might start another blog with this purpose in mind.
The thing is, I am not a professional photographer, I'm not even that good really, I just really really enjoy it.

So I will do it, after the 26th January when I hand everything in.

Good to be home.

I went to Egypt and Portugal on christmas, and was travelling around a bit. Everytime I get home, to my little flat in Farnham, I just breathe a sigh of relief as I think 'I'm home'.
It's strange how people can feel at home in different countries, different houses. I, for example, feel at home in Lisbon, Farnham, and Brussels. Completely at home - I have my stuff, my family and my friends dotted throughout these cities and it is difficult every time I leave, and it is pleasant every time I arrive. It's inexplainable - these places just have a place in my heart.
Maybe that's just what Home feels like.

NEW

I am so excited about this new present I got for my birthday yesterday. Its a Diana camera and I got a fish eye lens as well as a normal one, and a vibrant colours film.
After my dissertation I'm going to have some fun with it! For now...I have to write. x

I want to spend Christmas in New York

This summer I spent two weeks in America and absolutely loved it, especially New York and Boston.

In August, if you're walking around NY you need to either jump into a fountain or go into every shop with air co. just to cool down - it's so warm and humid. There's a whole different buzz.

But now, with the snow and the lights, NY must be amazing.

I will definitely return in the winter time.
